VoiceFolio ("VoiceFolio," "we," "us"), a service of TripleFive Residential, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to voicefolio.ai and our related communications.

We never sell your information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we never share your phone number or messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Information we collect

Information you give us — your name, email, phone number, and portfolio size when you request a demo, chat with us, or contact us.
Usage information — basic analytics about how you use the site (pages viewed, general location, device). We use Google Analytics & Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure site usage and the effectiveness of our advertising. These set cookies and may share limited event data (e.g., page views, form submissions, sign-ups) with Google and Meta; we never send them your message content or the substance of your inquiry. You can opt out via your browser settings or your Google/Meta ad-preference controls.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm your demo, and follow up about VoiceFolio.
To send you text messages only if you opt in (see our Messaging Terms) — appointment confirmations, updates you requested, and replies to your inquiry.
To operate, secure, and improve the service.

Text messaging

If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send you text messages as described in our Messaging Terms. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or sold.

How we share it

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate (e.g., scheduling, communications, and hosting), under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP, and you can ask us to access or delete your information by emailing hello@voicefolio.ai.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
